O2 mates is a new way for people on o2 to text and talk to their other friends, family or any one they know that is on O2 to talk to them for free when they top up with £15+ everymonth. It has been proven to work especially with o2 giving away the sims for free and no extra cost EG postage and packaging. And you can then buy any add on for £7.50 and you would still have £7.50+ left to spend.

Customer Services Review

Personally i had the o2 mates and didnt have enough "mates" on o2 to make it beneficial for myself. So i phoned up o2 customer services and they were seriously helpful and even offered me a lower costing simplicity 30month contract which i took. they are very helpful at canceliing and creating contracts. And theres no hassell invovled in canelling a contract unlike other companies who would bug you why you are leaving ETC.

Total Review

I found that o2 were very helpful and I am definatley going to join them once my 3 contract has expired. It is a brilliant offer if you text and talk alot and they give you 4 free simcards so you can give your friends them so that four of you can text and talk for free with no hidden costs ETC. The customer services were very helpful when i was cancelling my simplicity contract.
